School Visits
Hosting a local author at your school, group, or library is a great way to get kids excited about reading and writing.
As a college writing professor and dog trainer, Kathleen loves to talk to people of all ages about writing and dogs!
She’s happy to do both large-group talks (with plenty of interaction) and smaller events for grades 3-12. Let us know your needs – she’s able to do or adapt any of the following topics:

Anywhere is possible! Though Kathleen is based in Southern California, visits beyond the Orange County Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area may require a travel stipend.
